Large, growing markets with no dominant competitors

Partner with existing team or bring on new leadership to drive aggressive growth
Multiple paths to outsized outcome– M&A roll-up, de novos, invigorating sales, new products / channels, professionalization, etc.
Hold periods are flexible and matched to needs of company– can be typical 3 to 5 year investment cycle or long-term (10+ years)
Equity checks of $5M to $75M (or much larger), prefer majority
control though minority interest is viable in select situations
